CFP's
standard and only warranty is and has been for years an unlimited time warranty.
This terminology was selected for its simple non-confusing legal recognition.
Unlike some of our competitors, we do not use the word lifetime, which we feel
is misleading to say the least. Legally, the word lifetime has been proven
undefinable. These type of warrantees revert to the statute of limitations
in that state. In most states this is set forth as only seven years.
CFP's unlimited time warranty is legally defined as "without limit forever".
To further prove our products trouble free confidence, a second standard component is provided for all CFP POL-E-GOLD tanks that are used on trucks in the contiguous 48 states. This provided a $200 per day out of service payment guarantee. What does the competition offer?...48 hour service, if it's an emergency.
How can CFP provide this much warranty? It is simple. After almost three decades, every tank CFP ever produced has remained in service or has not been retired due to failure; an unmatched no bull record. Why would you spec anything less?
A third standard warranty component is a transferable warranty offer to the end user which allows extending the CFP POL-E tank warranty to a second owner upon written notification. This is a liberal policy that notification to CFP be made before or up to 60 days after title changes and requires a small transfer fee to reassign tank ownership.
Clearly, CFP's tank warranty matches the CFP POL-E-GOLD product; the best in the business!
